Overview
Daegu Haany University (DHU) is one of the few universities that specialize in Oriental Medicine in Korea. The school’s headquarters is located far from Daegu in Gyeongsang City.
Established in 1980, DHU has contributed a significant part to fostering special talents in the field of Oriental Medicine in Korea. DHU has made many positive changes in education, facing widespread globalization. The university mainly focuses on biotechnology (BT), cultural technology (CT), information technology (IT), and interdisciplinary research training.
With modern and innovative educational orientations, DHU is currently the preferred choice of many Korean students. In order to further promote globalization, the university has been increasing exchanges and learning opportunities with many other universities both at home and abroad. DHU’s vision in the near future is to become a forefront university of traditional medicine and the healthcare industry.
